What do you like best about Digimind Social? There is so much to like about this tool. First and foremost, the support staff. You are assigned a primary contact. In my case, it was Holly. No question was too small for her, even if I asked the same question several times. She was endlessly patient, knowledgeable, and always available for a call. SHe's a master at the tool. Based on your needs and the data you want to capture, there is a good chance she'll create a report for that.

A useful tool that guarantees social media success!

PROS: I love how the influencer network functions. Having the ability in knowing number of followers that directly communicate with the content being put out is the best that I've seen from Digimind. CONS: The downside is not having the capacity to make dashboard widgets customizations. Having a striking visual and feel is essential for business user adoption. Without that, it'll be a struggle acquiring adoption rates.

PROS: Digimind can track both owned and earned media performances. It's able to precisely track critical data from varying social network channels. It also has the ability to monitor conversations in different languages. An added bonus is covering languages in the Southweast Asian region (that some competitors can't cover). It has a very simple UI.
