"Always quick"

What do you like best? They're always quick to find a resolution and even quicker to respond, so you're never left wondering where they're at with your support request. There customer support is great and you never have to worry about not having your ticket addressed in a timely manner as they're always very consistent. Also, the interface is really easy to use. What do you like best? The support offered is the best part! To report a problem you can easily click a small icon and choose a pre-labeled disposition to track what issue accord as well as supply any notes needed. The contact time is so fast and they ensure the problem is resolved.

"I am linking Dial Source more and more each week."

What do you like best about CONQUER? Disposition tabs makes it much better for notating accounts. This helps with repeat callers to make sure we're taking care of the customers in the right way. It is also great for accountability within our organization. I also like how the Account can be linked to Salesforce by recognizing the phone number that the customer called from as well as linking a call/account together even if the phone number does not match to the account. this is very helpful
