Great for Long Distance - Canada to USA

What do you like best? I love that I dont need to individually pay for long distance dials to the US from my home in Toronto. My company got me a DialPad account and I can access via my mobile...interface is easy. What do you dislike? Nothing...the application works great. I have no complaints. Very happy with Dialpad

What do you like best? The calls are great and it easily allows click to call. I add names easily to personalize. It also works on my cell phone but it is my normal calling tool and I am on the phone 4 hours or more per day. The analytics are also good and Tech Support has been very caring and responsive when needed (not very often). I highly recommend. What do you dislike? Nothing. Dialpad is the best solution for on the go calling. It is like carrying around an office phone!

What do you like best? Intuitive and easy to use. Great quality calls too. What do you dislike? The only feedback I can think of is the very slight, maybe a quarter of a second delay, on calls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can be anywhere in the world and still “be in my office”

Phone sync & message capabilities!

What do you like best? The ability to answer/make calls on my phone and computer. The messaging component is also neat! What do you dislike? The connection may be poor sometimes and answering calls may have a delay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending quick updates through the messaging capabilities is helpful instead of an email. This also helps quick communication.

A great phone system compared to other API cloud based services

What do you like best? I love that you can see call transcripts in real time with Dialpad, it makes it easier to see what is going on if you have issues understanding or talking with the caller. You can also comment on transcripts and make suggestions for other agents.
