Great option for small businesses

What do you like best? I like that there is a call history and text message history for all of our customers. I also like how I can see who called a certain customer and can read the transcribed notes. What do you dislike? I wish I could have contacts synced between my individual user and my company account. It’s a little clunky when I make calls from my line vs from my company line. I also don’t like how the iPhone app when making calls. It’s lame that I have to call another ...

Professional way to work remotely

What do you like best? Dialpad Talk is amazing for allowing your company to switch to remote work. It gives everyone a professional way to make and receive calls from their preferred device, completely eliminating the need for a desk phone (if you wish). With each employee having their own phone number, you eliminate the need for every client to first call your main line then enter the extension number. This is a much better experience for the customer. It's also great for being ...

Recommended to many! Amazing system, totally seamless!

What do you like best? Super easy to install, works seamlessly, easy to maintain. I thought I would need deep networking or IT knowledge, but this was as easy as setting up a new phone. System is packed with features. Each of our staff has loved the mobility, and how easy it is to connect w/ customers. What do you dislike? The call routing required some work arounds. System glitches sometimes if many callers call at the same time, but still occurs infrequently. Recommendations ...

Making international communication easy and affordable.

What do you like best? I like the ease with which you can communicate with people all over the world with Dialpad. What do you dislike? I sometimes dislike the call quality and sudden call drop due to network issues. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great way to communicate internationally. Highly recommended. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am connecting with my clients and customers with this ...

Love DialPad

What do you like best? I love the seamless transition between computer and cell. Also integration with Salesforce. The click to dial is extremely useful and makes taking notes on calls easier. Thus getting more done. What do you dislike? The contacts area needs completely revamped. Also should have a black layout. Lastly, if not set up right, a single call coming in will ring in three spots on my computer. DP app, chrome, and salesforce. Can get annoying. What problems are you ...

A comprehensive VOIP service with a learning curve

What do you like best? Dialpad Talk provides a simple, intuitive and comprehensive VOIP platform that offers numerous useful features. The platform is very easy to oversee and manage, and is fairly simple for employees to setup; plus the call forwarding feature that automatically forwards work calls to your personal number (identifying them as work calls) is extremely useful. Overall the call quality is typically great unless you have a poor internet connection (which can cause you to ...

Solid, easy to use, easy to administer platform

What do you like best? We are a software start up with less than 25 employees, of which 12 have Dialpad accounts. We have fairly basic needs, in the sense that each user needs a direct number to place and receive calls/texts, and for those same users to take calls from 'shared' phone numbers, such as support, and sales. The administrative features of Dialpad are easy to learn, use, configure, without having to spend hours self educating on a knowledge base, or through trial and error. ...

Simple and clean

What do you like best? The fact that I don't need a new number for work and I can use the phone or my laptop depending on the situation. What do you dislike? I just have one pet peeve about the app on the laptop. The icon on the macOs task bar is always dark or looks greyed out. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'd definitely recommend it. It really helpful at work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I ...

Good but Still Rough Around the Edges

What do you like best? Dialpad is easy to use and get set up with. My staff have some great flexibility in choosing to put the app on their personal phone or just use the Mac app. Best differentiator, though, is the ability to place calls either over wifi/data or your cell network. What do you dislike? There still seem to be a lot of bugs. Everything from poor sound quality to call you can't pick up. These seem to be diminishing but I really thought Dialpad would be at a different ...

Dialpad is a great tool for a virtual company. Easy to transfer to team members in remote locations.

What do you like best? Great overview of incoming calls as well as texting feature. What do you dislike? Been having issues using Dialpad on my iPhone. Works best on my computer. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ease of use, great system! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Accessibility for our clients to reach the team.
