Love it!

What do you like best? I can make calls at a very economical rate. It's been great and there hasn't been any problems with the audio. What do you dislike? The interface can be slightly confusing at the start but nothing you can't get used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps me keep in touch with all customers. I think it's great having such solutions to communications in business.

Gets the job done

What do you like best? Love the Salesforce integration. Makes it easy to connect to accounts of our donors so we can keep track of who's talked to them and what was discussed. What do you dislike? Dislike that sometimes the Salesforce integration pops up with multiple matches even if it's the same person. Wish there was a way to combine those. Also wish I could use that on my phone so I don't have to be on my laptop. Recommendations to others considering the product: It ...

Dialpad does everything I need to do

What do you like best? Dialpad is a full-service phone system that integrates with my firm management software. What do you dislike? I am not a big fan of labels in Dialpad. I hope there is any duration coming forward to make this system easier. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is the best VOIP Service I could find. Great Customer Service as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dialpad has a ...

Dialpad has changed the game for our company!

What do you like best? Everything about Dialpad is great. I use it on both desktop and mobile. We are constantly using the conference call feature and transfer feature. In addition, the texting feature is our favorite! Dialpad has been our favorite software for phone system to date! What do you dislike? One thing that I dislike about Dialpad is that sometimes I miss calls, but my phone never rang. I will immediately get the missed call notification - but my phone never rang. It ...

Ease of use is excellent! I am happy that my company signed up to use Dialpad!

What do you like best? Transcribing of phone calls and forwarding of calls is very helpful. I believe the transcribing feature might be the best feature of Dialpad because I have gone back many times to review the call transcript and remembered details from the call. I use the messaging feature of Dialpad as well. The fact that it is an app allows me to open the app and make calls when working remotely. The app is very clean and organized so I can look up information regarding my call ...

Senior Manager Business Development

What do you like best? Having the call transcript and recording are instrumental in training our sales team, as we use them for group sessions for teaching phrasing, inflection and other nuances of conversations with C level executives. What do you dislike? Not much. The transcripts aren't always very accurate, but we don't use the written text much. I know we can give feedback, but's currently a non-issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Dialpad makes it so easy to stay connected

What do you like best? I am a current user and I really appreciate being able to carry the service from the office to my personal life. I never miss an important call and I can run errands or other important things without having to be stuck in my chair at my desk. I enjoy being able to look back at my history on any device to find numbers and names. What do you dislike? Sometimes the messages don't translate into writing very well but I don't believe that is a service issue as ...

Quick, efficient and easy to use across multiple platforms

What do you like best? The most helpful thing with Dialpad is not having to use my personal contact info for business related communication. With a dedicated Dialpad phone number, and the easy to use program and app, effectively helps me keep my work life separate from my personal life, all while being able to have access to both at the same time. On my own personal cell phone, the app allows me to check work voicemails, send texts, send and receive calls from the business number, it's ...
