Dialpad Talk a solution for all of you nomad entrepreneurs.

What do you like best? I can travel the world and I can still keep in touch with everyone contacting my business. What do you dislike? I do dislike that they don't offer an international version of their services. I would love for my partners to be able to use it as well. I also don't like the integration with Uberconference, it takes too many steps to get to it. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you sign up for the free version of Dialpad, consider the ...

Changing my day to day

What do you like best? I like the accessibility I have talking to the people I work with day to day. It is a very convenient system that works well in our work environment that cuts wasted time throughout our day and keeps things moving. What do you dislike? The system will easily disconnect or drop calls, which can be incredibly frustrating mid conversation. This is the part of the system that slows the day and makes for more errors. Recommendations to others considering the ...

User-friendly, accessible, and reliable product!

What do you like best? I love that I can take calls from my computer or my phone. I can separate my business and personal life via the Dial pad app. It is also super convenient to take calls from my computer. What do you dislike? Sometimes the app on my computer doesn't quite sync with my mic, but then I just use my phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have a company of 50+, this is a must have! What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Best Voip service and software

What do you like best? Dialpad's multiplatform app is easy to navigate for users with VoIP app experience and new users adapt quickly. Calling reliability has been fantastic in multiple different office and WFH environments. The admin console settings page make updating changes a breeze. What do you dislike? The mobile app could have a cleaner interface for information at a glance. Being a member of multiple departments means tapping multiple times to view important information. ...

Steady improvement

What do you like best? Great features, functionality, service...good call quality. What do you dislike? No working API connector with Zoho CRM, some changes require contacting support vs. being able to change in the admin back-end. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest problem is the lack of Zoho CRM integration for our office. Earlier there were some issues with call quality etc. but those are non-existent now. Mobile ...

Teacher for Dialpad

What do you like best? I love that Dialpad allows me to easily reach people I need. The interface is simple. What do you dislike? There isn’t anything that I dislike about the app. I wish that I could set a time to the number so that after hours, calls go straight to voicemail. Recommendations to others considering the product: None What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to connect with students without them having ...

Excellent Product, Very Few Issues

What do you like best? Switching calls seamlessly between device (iphone on carrier, HD internet calls on iPad/laptop). The ability to see departments and people's statuses'. The Call Center feature looks amazing, listen in, barge etc features on a futuristic scale with action items (or whatever they're renamed to now), checklists for example on sales calls, and is overall useful but too expensive. What do you dislike? The iOS App has been missing a few features such as the ability ...

My dialpad experience

What do you like best? i like the semi detailed logs of the calls as well as the visual voicemail What do you dislike? Dialpad stability is something to be desired, it crashes from time to time or creates a duplicate process that runs up to 40% of my cpu Recommendations to others considering the product: It works fairly well aside from the occasional crash and process duplication What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it makes ...

My experience with DailPad

What do you like best? What I like best about Dialpad is how it tracks and logs all of my calls and contacts and any messages can be looked up instantly. I can record calls when needed for meeting, instructions or for trainings. A highlight feature is the transcription which allows for a conversation in Spanish to be interpreted in english in real time. What do you dislike? What I dislike is service can be somewhat unreliable when you have a very large office. Calls can drop ...
