Easy to Use

What do you like best? The ability to receive calls on multiple devices. What do you dislike? We get emails that we have voicemails but they never show up to listen to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are constantly out in the field so being able to receive calls on multiple devices makes sure we rarely miss calls.

Easy to use, ton of useful features, fair price

What do you like best? That you can use it anywhere seamlessly: desk phone, app, web. And that it integrates with other services like our CRM system. What do you dislike? Takes a little bit of work to set up, nut you only have to do that once and support was very responsive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some of our team is remote, and it finds everyone where they are seamlessly.

Sometimes the connection isnt too great, but It benefits me becuase I can still read what the person on the other end is saying while they are speaking.

What benefits have you realized? I am able to save multiple ...

Solid voice and messaging software and service for my business

What do you like best? The integration with Google and easy to manage interface What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints as of yet at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I needed another phone number for calls/texts I would make out or receive for my business. I needed something simple and quick to set up and I was surprised with the amount of services offered and how easy it was to configure.
