Perfect for smaller and/or remote teams

What do you like best? As a smaller company with a large remote team, we were using a combination of personal phones and conference numbers to communicate with clients. Nothing was tracked, information lived in lots of different places, and there was no way to reassign numbers when a team member changed roles or left the company. What do you like best? The simplicity of the system makes it very comfortable to use What do you dislike? I have not found anything I dislike yet. The system is very resourceful to the user. Great service

What do you like best? I love that through the DialPad mobile app, the calls get routed to my cellphone! What do you dislike? Nothing yet; I have not experienced any inconveniences. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great and intuitive service! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Caller ID is very useful! Love that there's a history you can always go back and check on!

Dialpad has saved my agency!

What do you like best? The functionality and ability to see past conversations, emails, appointments etc. What do you dislike? The texting function won’t allow me to default the number to my office number so I have to select it every time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The texting function has some quirks and could be easier. The ability to record calls and sales Coach is great.

Great for Mobile Users!

What do you like best? I love that I can use it both on my computer and my cell phone at the same time. I also like that you are able to save contacts within dialpad so I know whos calling me. Customer friendly!

What do you like best? My favorite aspect is how easy it is to use. The interface of both the web tool and the iOS mobile app are incredibly customer centric in that they require no explanation and search for what you need to accomplish. What do you dislike? Next to nothing! We use Dialpad for a lot of international calling and the functionality with regards to that has improved vastly throughout my experience with Dialpad over the last two years. Fairly happy. Just has some annoyances.

What do you like best? The flexibility that I can use it on my phone and computer What do you dislike? The search capability. It's just terrible. I don't know how many times I type something in and the search results are zero so I type in the phone number and exactly what I had typed suddenly pops up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to call/text on the go or from a hotel room on my computer is wonderful.
