Good free tool if you don't want to use your phone

What do you like best? Dialpad is free and you get a local number and can use a desktop version that makes it easy to text message. What do you dislike? The UX needs a huge redesign on the IOS system. It is slow and difficult to switch between features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company doesn't want to pay for our cell phone plans so this is the next best option.

A perfect solution for early stage VoIP need

What do you like best? Features which you get at a such lower pricing are amazing. Definitely should be tried. What do you dislike? Mobile application acts weird a lot of time. Like your settings would change automatically. Recommendations to others considering the product: Its cheap solution, when on tight budget it's a go-to for any organisation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use to have overseas calls with our ...

Subpar customer support

What do you like best? Love the tech. Mobile is great. Salesforce integration is great. Would definitely recommend based on tech...but only if you buy your numbers straight from dialpad. DO NOT PORT DO NOT PORT DO NOT PORT. What do you dislike? DO NOT PORT NUMBERS FORM EXISTING CARRIERS!! SERIOUSLY...DON'T. Dialpad's tech and marketing talk a big game, and the tech delivers about 95% of the time. But support is awful. The customer success associates are not well ...

Why didn't I use this sooner?!

What do you like best? Sending and receiving texts with customers from my computer is a game changer. It's so nice to not have to use my own cell phone anymore. What do you dislike? I dislike how when I attempt to archive recent conversations they automatically reappear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not relying on having to use my cell phone for work anymore. Now I have everything I need on my computer.

Dialpad Review

What do you like best? Ability to talk and text from the same platform What do you dislike? Separate contact lists for the company vs each user...as a result numbers coming thru the main line do not always show whose calling. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a 14 day trial. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Contacts entered into Dialpad not showing up

Good in concept, but wonky across devices

What do you like best? I like that it's easy for us to deploy an integrated phone system for remote employees. What do you dislike? It is wonky on mobile (ironically) and behaves differently between Android and iPhone What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a remote team so this is very useful for us.

User Friendly App

What do you like best? I love that dialpad is quick and easy, wi-fi accessible and in an app version. It is totally comparable to a cell phone. You can save numbers, transfer calls, merge calls, the options are endless. Super easy to use and most importantly, fast! What do you dislike? I dislike sometime it freezes and you have to quit the whole app and restart/refresh. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? ...

DIALPAD DAILY EXPERIENCE

What do you like best? I APPRECIATE THAT I CAN EDIT AND SAVE MY OWN CONTACTS AND THE INFORMATION STAYS STORED IN MY SYSTEM. What do you dislike? I DISLIKE WHEN I ANSWER A CALL AND THE OTHER LINE HANGS UP AND IT IS CONSIDERED A MISSED CALL Recommendations to others considering the product: I WOULD SAY TO USE DIALPAD BECAUSE IT MAKES THE WORK DAY GO MUCH SMOOTHER AND IT MAKES CALLING AND RECEIVING MESSAGES MUCH EASIER. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Great phone system!!

What do you like best? Able to access phones in the office, at home, and while out and about in community. Key to our business. What do you dislike? Sometimes, DP "hangs up" on Samsung phones. Need to shut off and restart phone to clear the hang up. Often shows call that has been completed as still active on Samsung phones. Recommendations to others considering the product: most of the time works very well What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...
