Very convienient

What do you like best? It is very nice to not be tied to my desk for work calls, and still have that option if necessary. I love the intuitive user interface, everything is neatly laid out. The integrations with other online services are wonderful as well. What do you dislike? I wish there was an intercom or paging feature. It would be a lot easier for quick internal messages, and make things like meetings and events more convenient. I also wish could have notes on the ...

Easy and Straight forward for clear calls in the 'cloud'

What do you like best? App functions like a second phone on your phone and computer. Calls are clear and I have never experienced any dropping. Love that I can text through the app and keep work and personal messages separate. What do you dislike? Some strange interactions with activating on the phone when your headset is plugged into the computer. This has cause confusion since I can't hear through my headset since the call connected on my phone. The fix is to hang up, turn off the ...

SO FAR SO GOOD

What do you like best? I like the transcription feature and how easy it is to transfer calls. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's difficult to tell when the phone is ringing because the small box it pops up in and the time frame in which it can be answered (could be my settings). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowed our company to not have to use 8x8 products anymore. This is a benefit.

Great after set up

What do you like best? I like the chat and phone support. The representatives are quick to answer and generally can get the issue resolved without much trouble. I also like that I can see which other dialpad users are available and the tie to my gmail. What do you dislike? I dislike the phone porting process. It took us over a month to be ported and get answers. We had to continually follow up with Dialpad or nothing was done to resolve. What problems are you solving with the ...

Works but is kind of annoying

What do you like best? I can still send text messages. The other call software we use, Aircall doesn't allow texting. What do you dislike? The app is annoying in small ways like it won't let you clear your history so you have to look at all the random spam numbers. It sometimes won't let go of the notification even though I've looked at everything so that obnoxious notification on the icon stays there until I just close it for a few days. What problems are you solving with the ...

Dailpad is easy to use

What do you like best? Dialpad is easy to use. I have no complaints. I have never had any issues using this application. It does exactly what i need it to do. What do you dislike? I have no complaints about this application. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love being able to use this app not at work. I can answer my work calls, when not at work, without having to give out my cell number.

Great Software - If You Pay

What do you like best? I have the free version of Dialpad. I like the convenience of calls and conferencing from my computer. The conferencing features are excellent for short-term meetings. What do you dislike? I don't like that meetings are capped at 45 minutes if you don't pay for the upgraded software. I don't like that meeting transcripts aren't available to me either. Those are features I definitely would like! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Great modern voip service provider

What do you like best? The user and admin UI are both very elegant and easy to work with. I like the baked in integrations with common applications like G Suite, ZenDesk and HubSpot a lot. SMS/MMS and contact management is well done and the newish AI feature is very cool. It transcribes calls and then you can report on them to search for keywords and report on sentiment, etc. What do you dislike? The only deficit that concerns me is probably solvable, but if you use multiple devices ...

Minimal chat program

What do you like best? It's good for contacting people outside the company but for internal use it lacks to other platforms. What do you dislike? No file transfer capabilities. Painful to try and find old conversations as well, it is there but much harder than other platforms Recommendations to others considering the product: You need to have file sharing capabilities not just load images and be able to handle large files submission. What problems are you solving with the ...
