I like the transcription feature A LOT - really lets me concentrate on being in the "Now" in the conversation as I know the transcript after the call, especially the "key moments" feature where buzz words pop up in the transcript, will be there to help organize my follow up. Great service and very useful for when travelling

What do you like best? Possibility of using while travelling and the ability to forward texts What do you dislike?
