First Class Product - It Just Works!

What do you like best? What I really love is just the ease of use. So intuitive to use. What do you dislike? I can't say there is anything I really dislike. I have used many competing products over the years. I wish I'd found Dialpad earlier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love the fact that Dialpad allows me to call & obtain clarification from an agent without disrupting my workflow. Just switch tab & dial!

No-frills Voice service in the Cloud

What do you like best? I like how DialPad is in the Cloud. No PBX or trunks to worry about. Everything is very easy and always available. What do you dislike? Best Business Phone App Solution

What do you like best? Dialpad is easy to use and intuitive. We started with Google Voice but moved to Dialpad to handle our business phone calls and texts in a more professional manner, and it works great! What do you dislike? I have used Dialpad for about 6-8 months now, and after using Google Voice, as well as other business phone apps, I have no complaints or dislikes at all. What do you like best? Ease of use for looking up contacts, The app on the iPhone is great/easy to use as well! What do you dislike? Sometimes the app will switch back and forth from its interface to my phone when I have the speaker phone on which can cause minor issues What problems are you solving with the product? Very efficient app!

What do you like best? Being able to text customers, receive picture messages is also very helpful. It is very user friendly! What do you dislike? Not being able to mark messages unread after reading them What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it allows me to respond fast to my customers and get what I need from them to get my job done. Its much faster than email which I love!

Amazing Product

What do you like best? From wire to wireless, from cubical to borderless, travel to others side without any issue of reaching me via dialpad. Amazing Service!

What do you like best? I love that dialpad talk can be integrated into the systems that we use at my employer. That way when I need to quickly call someone it sees their phone numbers in our system that we use and even in gmail. Makes it so easy and quick to use! What do you dislike? I love dialpad, it drops call sometimes but overall is a great product and I would highly recommend

What do you like best? can use on multiple devices, save contacts easily. Talk to coworkers, talk to clients. Easy to use, easy to call people, amazing product.
