Easy and Cost Effective Phone App

What do you like best? The app automatically logs in when I turn on my computer and it runs in the background until I get a call. I never have to think about it. I also only keep the app on my computer so if someone calls outside of work hours I'll respond the next day. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that I can easily access it through my phone and it integrates well with my phone app on my iPhone. I like that there is a texting feature. I like that when someone is calling my Dialpad number, it alerts me ~5 seconds before the phone actually rings. What do you dislike? It counts outbound calls and not bad with dropped calls

What do you like best? That fact that users have different number. Most number called more than once are saved and have an voicemail. Coworkers are very easy to access. What do you dislike? My company uses it for counted dialouts. Certain times it wouldn't come out counts. Dropped calls are common during our full phone days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use and stored memory on numbers.

Great Voice Over IP for someone who is on the go!

What do you like best? I like that I can answer my phone wherever I go. It is extremely clear and I can answer it on my iPhone on the go. You can also have the conversation tracked so I can remember what we spoke about. What do you dislike? Dialpad is sometimes a little laggy on my phone and will take a few seconds to load the dial tone. What do you like best? the ease of use. being able to store contacts and accessing it anywhere What do you dislike? once in a while call will be answered but time wont track or allow the option to dial an extention What problems are you solving with the product? Dialpad is very useful and very reliable

What do you like best? Reliability, I have never had any issue with it at all What do you dislike? I can't seem to record my calls. I would love to be able to decide to record my calls mid call after getting prospects permission What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to call prospects and customers, never had any issues, great product from that perspective
