Versatile and comprehensive

What do you like best? I like that it is online and I can access via home office or on the go. What do you dislike? It is a little tricky managing the different devices that I have it installed on and notifications. Recommendations to others considering the product: I love that you can use it on multiple devices and have your office with you wherever you are. What problems are you solving with the product? Dialpad

What do you like best? Dialpad is super convenient for work, not being stuck to my desk or rambling around with call forwarding this is such a perfect app for my line of work, which requires me to hardly ever be in the office What do you dislike? I dislike the poor HD Voice system, I always have dial pad call me and “transfer” the call, my cell carrier works just fine on VoLTE. I have att What problems are you solving with the product? Great VOIP Solution

What do you like best? Ease of setup and use is what was very appealing to me. I was able to roll this solution out within weeks and not months like it did with other providers. What do you dislike? The only hiccup is the need to create multiple offices. Since my primary use case is a service desk and I wanted a better way to control my call center under one configured global office. This was not possible because if I needed a number in europe as the dial in number it would require ...

Very good tool

What do you like best? Because you just need an earphone to use this tool What do you dislike? I think I don't have a point to dislike the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dialpad makes me free because sometimes I also can answer a call from my mobile. This is very helpfull.

It's the most complete phone client I ever used

What do you like best? I like that I can access all my contacts and share them across my organization. Also it is good that when I open a contact I can see all their data, including emails. Last but not least, being able to interact with a number that is local to my clients is awesome. What do you dislike? On my desktop if I close it accidentally, it wouldn't wake up upon a call, as it does on my iPhone. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Dialpad is flexible, scalable, and feature rich

What do you like best? Text, Analytics, and Mobile+Desktop apps make this a highly functional and flexible cloud-based VoIP solution. What do you dislike? Occasionally a text will not go through. I also think that support can take longer to respond than I like. Would be nice if they had a live chat feature that could address my issues more immediately. They will get back to you, but sometimes it can take a day. That said, I rarely have issues. What problems are you solving with ...

Very functional and stable

What do you like best? Very simple and easy handled app. Impressive the fact you can call anywhere with a very stable connection, just like a phone call. What do you dislike? Sometimes the call is no completed and you need to call it 2 or 3 times to actually get the tone. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No need to use company's phone or credits, using on the laptop (unlike whatsapp call)

It's not working on iOS, I don't know if it's only me, but I tried on my iPhone X and iPhone XS of my wife, and impossible to call unfortunately. Recommendations to others considering the product: Update iOS app to make it work What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Good call center features

What do you like best? Works great for call centers, better than anyone else. What do you dislike? Some parts of the interface are unintuitive, like returning a call using the missed call notification. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
