A Very handy tool
What do you like best? I like how I was able to setup an office number, and with the app installed on my phone, it would ring my phone and with that, I don't have to give out my personal number. Dialpad Review
What do you like best? It's very easy to use. I like being able to edit contact names. Always works, little to no down time. What do you dislike? I honestly don't have anything bad to say about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's easier to be in contact with customers, including customers on the go (ie texting)

Easy to Use!
What do you like best? Easy to make calls and send texts to clients What do you dislike? Sometimes it does't connect properly to Salesforce, so our call notes don't save. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I really like the text option. Lots of customers prefer to respond via text then call.

What do you like best? Clean layout, easy to use and navigate the system What do you dislike? Call quality is poor and I often have difficulty getting international calls to go through What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to speak to international candidates more easily and without an international phone plan

Sometimes I like it sometimes I don’t
What do you like best? It’s is a great way to reach out to students and volunteers without having to use my personal number. What do you dislike? It could be easier to navigate. I also don’t really like bouncing back and forth between Dialpad and my personal phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/a What problems are you solving with the product? Solid land line alternative
What do you like best? I like the ability that I can have my office phone anywhere I have a connection to the internet. I also like the ability to add new lines easily and seamlessly. I also like the option to customize the message. What do you dislike? The transcripts are a nice feature and I do like to have them sent to my email but I find that the translations are not that accurate and I typically will need to go listen the actual voicemail message for accuracy. Compared to others, better pricing, for better product.
What do you like best? I like that I have VoIP on my computer or mobile device, without a requirement to have a physical phone. What do you dislike? The software doesn't always get the best or clearest connection. But to be fair, that can be because of my own high speed internet or other glitches, unrelated to DialPad. Who needs all the expensive phone system equipment when you can simply get Dialpad Talk
What do you like best? It is the easiest phone system I have ever set up for one of my businesses, and with literally no equipment. What do you dislike? This is the best tool I have ever used for communicating with company personnel.
What do you like best? That you can send a note or talk to an individual or a group. What do you dislike? I have found nothing that I would describe as a detriment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Inter-office communications have never been easier. Being able to forward all communications to your cell is a wonderful attribute if you are out of the office and someone needs to get in touch with you urgently.
