Awesome virtual phone service

What do you like best? The user interface and reliability is awesome. I've found new hires take DialPad on very easily and excel at high volume calls. The mobile app is a huge plus that I couldn't live without. The fact DialPad can easily connect an entire remote team through departments and coaching groups is nice as well. What do you like best? Reliable, good call quality and simple to use. Plenty of functionality What do you dislike? Mobile & desktop app sometimes are a bit slow and animations hang when calls are abruptly disconnected. Love Dialpad

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to look people up, save contact info. Ping people when they don’t pick up the phone. Dialpad Is A Must Have

What do you like best? Dialpad operates like a cellphone, Its just perfect. It is very versatile. It makes what we do much easier and with Dialpad there is no need for another app similar in nature. Dialpad gets the job done. I like the weekly reports, it helps in more ways than one. What do you dislike? I wish it allowed for documents to be set to another, but that is minuscule. Dialpad is a great utility

What do you like best? I like that recording of each phone call. The call history is also great too and the tracking of emails as well. All great features of the application. What do you dislike? I don't understand why there's a memo like entry after recording who I've spoken to. It's seems redundant. This one is the Best VOIP system

What do you like best? This is the best voip system/ software out there. I am so happy that I do not have to give out my personal cell phone number for business anymore. I can call my colleagues over the dialpad and get connected to them whenever I need. I can use dialpad app on my iphone to connect when I am away from my desk. Good tool for making calls

What do you like best? It is really easy to keep the track of the calls, enter the numbers and the calls are very good quality What do you dislike? I had two accesses on the screen, so always had to remove one or have to enter day after day, somehow logged me off What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it is cheap and easy to work with

User Friendly

What do you like best? Dialpad Talk is super user friendly and it allows to complete my work day with ease. What do you dislike? The application randomly shuts down or does not let me accept calls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automotive website support & having the transcript with voice to text is very beneficial.
