Makes it easy to separate work and personal communications

What do you like best? The ability to use this on both my phone and computer helps make managing my time and communication easy. Texting is a huge plus. What do you dislike? Its difficult to get this product to auto sync with Salesforce to log communications. I really wish it was easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This program allows me to handle all of my customer phone calls and outreach without having to have a ...

Best VoIP system I've Used

What do you like best? Relatively easy to use and integrate with. What do you dislike? There can be quality issues on calls, but I feel Dialpad has improved on this front over the last year or so. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit is leveraging Dialpad to integrate with SFDC & the call forwarding to my personal cell.

PC connected phone functionality at it's finest!

What do you like best? There are a few things that I really like about Dialpad. Salesforce integration & dedicated phone number are great! The best thing about the dedicated phone # is being able to send and receive text messages. It's really a game-changer for recruiting potential candidates for our program. Being able to shoot a quick message like "Are you available to chat right now?" or "I just sent the information over." allows for me to send quick follow up without having to create ...

User Friendly, Intuitive, Responsive; Affordable

What do you like best? I like the call recording feature with transcripts for when you need to replay a conversation and reference with ease. What do you dislike? Some bugs could be fixed when ending a call but other than that everything else works good. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure it services your needs before signing up. There are many different products and platforms to use, and if you just want a user friendly and ready-to-go form of ...

What do you like best? Lots of features at an affordable price point. They have an app that works well on my cell phone as well. What do you dislike? Not always the most stable and sometimes there is a little bit of a delay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are not working on any current problems.

Easy to youse, pretty intuitive!

What do you like best? It's easy to use, easy to transfer to other users. I receive calls on my phone and on my phone perfectly. Like the fact that its very easy and clear to send SMS to customers. What do you dislike? Sometimes I receive calls on my phone, answer them, but once i finish the call I don't see it registered on my computer app. I don't like this because I guess my superior can't really see all of the calls that I actually answered. Recommendations to others ...
