Extreme Productivity and Work Life Balance

What do you like best? The ability to isolate my number, which allows me to streamline communication with my clients while also maintaining a work-life balance. What do you dislike? Great and innovative product for our company

What do you like best? I love the voicemail forwarding features, the out of office voicemail customization and being able to read voicemails when they are received. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike about dialpad. Sometimes the call quality can be scratchy but 99.9% of the time we can use it without any problems. What problems are you solving with the product? Dialpad is a go to!

What do you like best? I love that you can have multiple departments as well as multiple agents. This allows the freedom for our employees to connect to all relevant departments. On top of that, I love that you can also go "Off Duty" so when you are not on the clock you can actually unplug from work and not worry about having to answer the line. What do you like best? I like how diapad is integrated with Salesforce and allows me to make all my calls from Salesforce. I like the option of sending text messages from dialpad as well. Easy to switch devices between my laptop and cellphone. Easy to put DialPad calls on do not disturb. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of at this time. Flexible, Scalable and Super Easy to Use!!

What do you like best? I like how flexible the product is to use and to configure. When you are in need of support you can speak to a representative depending on your software level but MOST importantly you can answer practically all your questions in their FAQ's you are also able to submit a ticket and this is usally answered rather quickly.
