Excellent Product for Conference Calls

What do you like best? I love how Dialpad has the ability to record conference calls, giving me additional resources when following up with a client. Dialpad also gives me the ability to sync all email correspondences with phone calls made, making my portfolio and the interactions with clients seamless. What do you dislike? My one complaint with Dialpad is that I must reconnect it with my computer monitor if I make a conference call away from my desk. The process only takes a few ...

DialPad VOIP System

What do you like best? DialPad has empowered our business. It is cost-effective and flexible. We do not use regular phone company landline service anymore. DialPad has sophisticated features for both domestic and international service, plus great conference call capability. We are able to scale up and down based on our workforce. What do you dislike? We do not dislike anything about DialPad. It's great. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you ...

Great office phone system

What do you like best? Messaging features, voicemail transcripts, the mobile app works very well, it's easy to create/buy office line phone numbers. What do you dislike? Not much I don't like - maybe their UI could be updated a bit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dialpad integrates well with Salesforce, which saves a lot of logging/recording time. Dialpad is a great instant messaging / texting system that we use frequently ...

A great integrated communications platform

What do you like best? The greatest value proposition is that it eliminates the need to keep on switched from the laptop to the phone for your communication needs. More impressive than its seamless calling experience is the fact that chat support and group chats are offered within the app itself. The best feature is the transcribing of calls on voicemail. It allows a person to simply read the important parts of the voicemail instead of trying to listen to the whole recording. It also ...

All in One Dialer

What do you like best? Being able to call and send SMS in one app. What do you dislike? Probably the notification sounds. I’m sure that they can still improve it. Recommendations to others considering the product: User friendly app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us a lot because it is organized and you would know what company are they calling to (if you have multiple company in 1 dialpad).

User Friendly App

What do you like best? Dialpad is a very user friendly app and we use it as our phone system in the office. My favorite feature is the transcript feature which allows me to read the voicemails when I am in another meeting. I also like that I can push calls to my personal cellphone so I can answer the phone when I am away from my desk. I usually have it show my work number so I don't mistaken it for spam calls. What do you dislike? When I add new users I get an error because there ...

Great when it works

What do you like best? I like that Dialpad integrates with Salesforce. Any notes I make during the call, automatically show up in Salesforce. That helps me stay organized and work efficiently. What do you dislike? If the wifi has a bad connection, Dialpad won't work. Sometimes the call drops or the customer can't hear me or I can't hear them. The product depends on wifi so make sure your connection is strong. It's also hard to integrate on my phone. I don't want to use Dialpad in ...

Minimal chat program

What do you like best? It's good for contacting people outside the company but for internal use it lacks to other platforms. What do you dislike? No file transfer capabilities. Painful to try and find old conversations as well, it is there but much harder than other platforms Recommendations to others considering the product: You need to have file sharing capabilities not just load images and be able to handle large files submission. What problems are you solving with ...
