What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of using Dialpad! It's very intuitive and doesn't take long to learn. For anyone who's moderately tech-savvy, learning Dialpad should be a breeze. Great Service - Would Recommend

What do you like best? Anonymity for employees and the executives, easy of tracking calls, and some names and numbers are prepopulated. Also love the ease in which to get a new phone number. What do you dislike? At times goes thru the computer and not the headset. At times, because of the set up of our work pod, we are not able to connect to the internet. Pretty Good

What do you like best? The sound clarity. Works really good with Plantronics & Sennheiser headsets. Also has AI capability & recording. What do you dislike? Once in a while when you leave your system in sleep mode & comeback to call. There is a voice disruption & choppy voice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instant AI script. Call recording, also the cost is reasonable. We use it for sales, CS & onboarding calls.

It does simple things but doesn't work super great

What do you like best? It's fine and simple it allows you to text and take calls. One nice feature is that it shows up on my phone as work if its through dialpad What do you dislike? Easy and Convenient!

What do you like best? I like that Dialpad allows me to seamlessly switch my active calls across connected devices What do you dislike? I need to be able to modify and delete group chats as well as add and remove members of group chats at will What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use, phone and text

What do you like best? Hi like the fact that Dialpad does calling, texting, and all from desktop (mobile too, but I prefer desktop) What do you dislike? The pulldown bar to choose either calling or texting is not necessarily intuitive. And editing/naming the contact took me a beat or two to figure out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Work phone that is separate from my personal phone/gmail

What do you like best? It integrates well with Salesforce. The call quality is good and overall it's easy to use. Reporting is good and always improving. What do you like best? Dialpad allows me to have work-related calls or texts on my personal cell phone, without the two mixing. Two purposes but one phone. It makes my life more efficient.
