DialPad Talk works well...

What do you like best? The things I like best are: 1. Pricing 2. Support 3. Being able to use the service on multiple devices 4. Test message option What do you dislike? The VI option is terrible when it comes to transcribing phone calls. I wish you could make your own call notes under a contact record. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am no longer having to hand out my cell phone number when I want someone to ...

Fairly good, but a few issues with functionality

What do you like best? Dialpad is pretty easy to use. Being able to use the app on a cell phone saves the company a lot of money from having to buy a "company phone." The UI is intuitive and adding people is a fairly clean process. What do you dislike? The settings can be hard to navigate. We consistently have problems with the phones ringing and calls going straight to voicemail. The fix is that we uninstall and redownload the app. It fixes it, but it is becoming a hassle. You ...

Very well done app. We use dialpad internally with our company and externally customer service

What do you like best? Has everything I need in one program/App. Very useful when leaving my desk or on a work trip. Took our company while to get use to the switch application between laptop, home phone and desk phone but end result is what counts and it works perfectly. What do you dislike? Desktop App connecting to a blue tooth headset. When dialing a number using the desktop app it doesn't connect directly to our desk phone but connects to the blue tooth headset with out ...

The Perfect Solution for Any Small Business

What do you like best? I've been a Dialpad user before it was Dialpad, back when it was known as Swtich. From the time I first signed up, until now, a period of several years, Dialpad has proven to be among the most reliable services in my small business toolkit. I can answer calls from my computer or the Dialpad app on my iPhone, effectively rendering my phone two phones in one. Most all calls are crystal clear and the voice transcriptions are spot on. GSuite integration is the icing on ...

Best Phone Software

What do you like best? I love the easy phone usage, and never really had any issues with voice quality. What do you dislike? Support is not that great. They usually will send you knowledge base papers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get a better contact Center solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Voice Quality is great. Also it is universal with all devices. From PC to Cell phone.

Love all of the features! Great Application!

What do you like best? My favorite part about DialPad is that when you share an office line you are able to see who picks up the call. This helps with communication within our office, as well as knowing the customer has been assisted. I also love that I can use the app when working from home and you can also turn on do not disturb on the app. I also liked that the top right showed which number you are calling from and you can put certain lines that you are connected to on do not disturb. ...
