Helps You Keep Work at Work

What do you like best? Setting work hours to keep work at work and protect my time at home What do you dislike? The learning curve on the fly was steep. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just dive in. We did a slow roll-out and it added confusion What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to work from home more easily. I can manage and screen my supervisor's voicemail and calls.

What do you like best? I like that DialPad can be used across many devices and as a browser webpage. What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes the DialPad network gets a bit mixed up. Sometimes I have calls that will not go through or that when someone calls me, my device doesn't ring, even though I have it open and am sitting looking right at it. It is not until a voicemail comes through that I know I missed a call, but I have no idea how I missed the calls since like I said, ...

Very user friendly - great product

What do you like best? I like the user interface that Dialpad has created. It is very easy to make calls and also to track the calls that you've made. I prefer Dialpad to our system at Yelp - MiTel - which has issues on a daily basis. I never had any technical issues with Dialpad while using it for for 30 days. What do you dislike? Very Useful

What do you like best? The ability to switch devices and maintain all of the same information is very useful. It is very easy to forward and record calls, and it is nice that when calling someone within your organization that you will be able to pull up the contact just by typing in the name (even when you have not called/saved that contact previously. What do you like best? Completely replaced need to have a desk phone. We are able to use our mobiles and softphones for everything. Transcription and texting are the two best features for us. What do you dislike? Frequent updates to address bugs. Service is generally reliable but do see occasional bugginess relative to the old on prem solution. Dialpad doesnt work very well in LATAM

Great system with challenges!

What do you like best? Dialpad is a great system with challenges. If you are in a place where you have a good connection and do not intend to transition from WiFi to Cellular often I would gladly suggest you use the product. It has some very useful features that I like status, recording, and ability to set times not to receive calls are all very helpful to me. What do you dislike? Love the access but the functionality could be better

What do you like best? The application and the software. They works pretty well. What do you dislike? I don't like not having asking to customer service. I also don't like the ability to change my hours per number or the call forwarding. Alot different from my experience with my prior service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Text functions and tracking work great.
