PC connected phone functionality at it's finest!

What do you like best? There are a few things that I really like about Dialpad. Salesforce integration & dedicated phone number are great! The best thing about the dedicated phone # is being able to send and receive text messages. It's really a game-changer for recruiting potential candidates for our program. Being able to shoot a quick message like "Are you available to chat right now?" or "I just sent the information over." allows for me to send quick follow up without having to create ...

User Friendly, Intuitive, Responsive; Affordable

What do you like best? I like the call recording feature with transcripts for when you need to replay a conversation and reference with ease. What do you dislike? Some bugs could be fixed when ending a call but other than that everything else works good. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure it services your needs before signing up. There are many different products and platforms to use, and if you just want a user friendly and ready-to-go form of ...

Easy to use, ton of useful features, fair price

What do you like best? That you can use it anywhere seamlessly: desk phone, app, web. And that it integrates with other services like our CRM system. What do you dislike? Takes a little bit of work to set up, nut you only have to do that once and support was very responsive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some of our team is remote, and it finds everyone where they are seamlessly.

works really well and I like how it transcribes the calls in real time - its like CC for your calls!

What do you like best? Dialbad is so easy to use and records all the data I need via transcription, time last called, texting, etc What do you dislike? Sometimes the calls can get choppy, and its hard to figure out how to set a voicemail up What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes the connection isnt too great, but It benefits me becuase I can still read what the person on the other end is saying while they are speaking.
