Dialpad is super simple and easy-to-use

What do you like best? I especially like that it helps me keep track of my calling history overtime which I find to be really helpful. What do you dislike? It drops call some times so I have to refresh my page. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The tracking history is helpful so that I'm not double calling people but it also keeps track of their numbers so I can easily find them at any time.

Dialpad works seamlessly with our lead system and makes doing outbounds so easy!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to move from one call to the next. What do you dislike? Sometimes I feel like DP is slowing down the overall system but its not a big deal. Helpful Tool for the Workplace

What do you like best? Easy to use and all calls/texts are in one accessible location. Easy to search for contacts or information. What do you dislike? Good product but sometimes it glitches

What do you like best? I like that I am able to read the transcripts of the calls after I have them. Although sometimes the quality of the transcript is bad. What do you dislike? I dislike getting multiple calls at once and having them drop. It happens a lot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to keep track of my outreach to my customers a lot more effectively

Great product, simple

What do you like best? I love how little it gets choppy. It's a very effective system What do you dislike? Functionality is not great and it has never once integrated into my salesforce properly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get this if you make a lot of calls - great for internal communications. What problems are you solving with the product? Good functionality but glitchy

What do you like best? I like the many features offered. It makes it really easy to keep track of who I have reached out to and when. What do you dislike? The system is glitchy sometimes. I have had many calls drop and sometimes the system crashes when multiple calls come in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is much easier to stay organized with my outbound efforts

Made contacting my clients so much easier

What do you like best? The fact that I can see previous text conversations and emails between me and the client while I'm on the phone is so helpful What do you dislike? The text to speech needs work. hopefully it will improve over time. Though it does lead to some funny moments where the app seems to think I told my clients to F-off. What do you like best? I love the ease of use, having dialpad on my laptop plus my cell means that I never miss a call. I have been able to also remotely listen to calls while not in the office.
