Great Voice Intelligence Tools
What do you like best? I like that Dialpad is pretty accurate with its live transcriptions, recommendation cards, and analytics. I find it especially useful when I'm on a call and can't remember what a customer had said and I can scroll up for the information in the transcript. What do you dislike? Efficient Tool.
What do you like best? The efficiency and utility of the app! . What do you dislike? Dialpad Sell it's so easy to use.
What do you like best? I can't stress this enough. Dialpad sell is not the exception to the rule; this software is very simple to use and to work around and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. What do you dislike? The fact that we can't make international phone calls to numbers outside of the U.S. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My consumers get immediate attention and responses to their questions.

Sell used as a Call Center
What do you like best? We use our sell license for a 24/7 call center. The analytics are so helpful for use to see call volume. What do you dislike? We only have one agent on call 24/7, if the agent allows their status to go unavailable, calls do not go through. This can happen if the agent missed calls if they stepped out. Great Dialer!
What do you like best? Dialpad is a great dialer option. They have been very consistent in working with us to improve the platform, and they've made great advances in their capabilities. They're speech coach is particularly helpful. What do you dislike? They're Vi (speech to text) still requires a lot of work. Great overall value for a useful communication tool
What do you like best? Super easy to use and also easy to get up and running. New features and improvements are added often. I like that I can use any of my desk phone, iPad, laptop or mobile phone to communicate and always protect my personal number. There are a variety of useful settings and analytics to measure inbound call performance and also features to handle calls in queues in a professional manner. Great product that is cloud-bssed
What do you like best? Capability to move from app to app and devices. Remote work is awesome. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Overall it's awesome. Easy to use, great customer support, simple setup.
What do you like best? Gmail integrations and how easy it is to set-up What do you dislike? desktop software freezes and can be very slow at times which is likely a combination of internet and computer processing power.
