Made contacting my clients so much easier

What do you like best? The fact that I can see previous text conversations and emails between me and the client while I'm on the phone is so helpful What do you dislike? Really works well for our team

What do you like best? It's really easy to install and once it was set up we have found it to run pretty much flawlessly. The recording feature is great. What do you dislike? Search for recordings by phone number either doesn't work, or it's not intuitive to find where I can find all the recordings from a specific customer. Having to use a filter to narrow down the search is a very clunky way to do this. We used to be able to do that kind of search. What problems are you solving ...

Great Voice Intelligence Tools

What do you like best? I like that Dialpad is pretty accurate with its live transcriptions, recommendation cards, and analytics. I find it especially useful when I'm on a call and can't remember what a customer had said and I can scroll up for the information in the transcript. What do you dislike? Dialpad Sell it's so easy to use.

What do you like best? I can't stress this enough. Dialpad sell is not the exception to the rule; this software is very simple to use and to work around and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. What do you dislike? The fact that we can't make international phone calls to numbers outside of the U.S. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My consumers get immediate attention and responses to their questions.

Great Dialer!

What do you like best? Dialpad is a great dialer option. They have been very consistent in working with us to improve the platform, and they've made great advances in their capabilities. They're speech coach is particularly helpful. What do you dislike? They're Vi (speech to text) still requires a lot of work. The post-call speech to text is subpar at best, and the in-call speech to text is pretty unreadable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

What do you like best? I love how little it gets choppy. It's a very effective system What do you dislike? Functionality is not great and it has never once integrated into my salesforce properly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get this if you make a lot of calls - great for internal communications. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? We use our sell license for a 24/7 call center. The analytics are so helpful for use to see call volume. What do you dislike? We only have one agent on call 24/7, if the agent allows their status to go unavailable, calls do not go through. This can happen if the agent missed calls if they stepped out. Great overall value for a useful communication tool

What do you like best? Super easy to use and also easy to get up and running. New features and improvements are added often. I like that I can use any of my desk phone, iPad, laptop or mobile phone to communicate and always protect my personal number. There are a variety of useful settings and analytics to measure inbound call performance and also features to handle calls in queues in a professional manner. New Dialpad Sell User, So Far So Good!

What do you like best? I like the call recap functionality best. I tend to be on a lot of long calls, and it's really nice to be able to scroll back through the conversation to make sure I don't miss any takeaways or to-dos.
