What do you like best about Dext Prepare? The ease of use and the integration with Xero I process on behalf of some clients and being able to reduce costs to them by reducing the time spent on Receipt Bank which includes the benefits of saving our clients money What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? What do you like best about Dext Prepare? The ease of use of both the desktop and mobile apps. They are also very helpful with support queries. What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? There are sometimes recurring errors with extracted supplier names that I seem to be unable to fix. What problems is Dext Prepare solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to get our clients to collate all of their expenses in the cloud and helps us advise them even better

"Awesome programme with easy access"

What do you like best about Dext Prepare? The automation of the programme is amazing. Clients can take a picture of their receipts they spend and the computer will analyse the receipt and automatically input all the data into Receipt Bank for you to just check over. Perfect integration with Xero also saves alot of time in my job. What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? Occasionally it does not pick up the correct currency, so double checking is essential. What do you like best about Dext Prepare? It attaches the receipts to the bills when sent to the accounting software. What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? Sometimes it may not pick up the correct tax code or amount. Can't send in spreadsheets. What problems is Dext Prepare solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes doing accounts and returns easier as I can check the VAT rate on the invoice.

What do you like best about Dext Prepare? Receipt bank is one of the most efficient tools I know for collection and processing of paperwork such as receipts and invoices. What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? Same as any other accountants or business owners, the subscription fee would be the only problematic thing.
