This is a simple way to gather information from the field in a fast and detailed format.

What do you like best? Real time information helps raise customer satisfaction. Knowing immediately the status of a job directly from the field personnel is helpful when trying to maintain a high professional image. What do you dislike? Programming can be complex, but the pain is well worth the outcome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fast and accessible information to address potential problems and leverage outstanding work.

Very helpful customer service

What do you like best? The Device Magic team helped me build out my form and explained how everything works. Over the past year and a half using the service, there have been a few times we required troubleshooting, and the DM team is always quick to answer. What do you dislike? I wish there were a way to upload my files and schedule my dispatches in advance. I'd like to be able to upload the entire week's worth on Monday and have them automatically sent to the drivers each morning. ...
