"Beware ServiceDesk Plus, there are alternatives brewing in the horizon!"

What do you like best about Desku.io? having been a support person myself for many years and having worked with several, well established and strong HelpDesk solutions I could not believe that the "new kid on the block" could deliver, not only by seeing what can be done already but hearing from the developer himself where this tool is going leaves me extremely satisfied, now I have to be honest and admit that I will work a use case around this SaaS because I had no plans to offer this but I ...

What do you like best about Desku.io? I mostly like the simple and very functional Live Chat and Client's Ticket management of Desku.io. I also like the customer, agent, and department management. The user interface and the dashboard are very clean and navigation friendly.
