"Fantastic platform for customer service teams"
What do you like best about Desku.io? Desku is an awesome tool to keep on top of all my customer interactions. I found this when I was searching for a customer service tool that didn’t come with a big price tag. For small startups like ours, paying $70 per month was not practical. I’m so glad I came across Desku, which gives me the same (even better) features is less than half the cost.

What do you like best about Desku.io? Desku.io is simple to use and provides a wide range of characteristics, such as an editor for dragging and dropping and an extensive collection of connectors. Desku is used for automating help across several platforms, especially WhatsApp and email. The product is reasonably priced and client service is excellent.

What do you like best about Desku.io? We had replaced the costly intercom with Desku, and it was a lot of savings indeed. We liked their AI-powered support bot, workflow automation, and all other features, It is quick and easy to set up.

"Revolutionizing Customer Support with AI: My Experience with Desku"
What do you like best about Desku.io? I've played around with a bunch of support tools, but Desku.io? It's a game-changer. Their chatbots are on point and get what customers are asking. Setting it up was a breeze, and the fact that it links up with Shopify? That's just icing on the cake. It's seriously made handling customer support way easier for me. Can't recommend it enough!

"Taken our support to next level"
What do you like best about Desku.io? For me, Desku has been the easiest to use with fair pricing and all the integrations. We didn't want any complex tool with complex features for our product and Desku has delivered just that. Plus, their customer support is bang-on with solving issues on priority. The fact that it also provides a knowledgebase for users to deep dive into and get answers to their FAQs was also a big plus for us. Though, I wish the AI was more enhanced but it's just the start.

"Straightforward and no-nonsense tool"
What do you like best about Desku.io? The simplest customer support tool we have ever used. We migrated from the intercom a few weeks ago and it works perfectly at a fraction of the cost compared to the intercom. Their AI feature is amazing also. Overall amazing solution.
