Intuitive and easy to use

We purchased deskpro when they first came out 15 years or so. At that time the developer was the support person. It was such a great product that no one else came close to its service. I switched to different companies since then and desktop was always the one I recommended. We use their subscription monthly plan which is hosted with them and reasonably affordable. The way their helpdesk ticket system works is very intuitive.

One of the most expensive solutions and…

One of the most expensive solutions and certainly not the fair and affordable pricing they claim. $30 per agent per month is the highest I've seen at all of the solutions I have looked at.
