Their system is billing my clients on the wrong dates and with the wrong due dates. It will do the same next month. And there is no way to change or edit this. Because once an invoice has been closed, archived, or fulfilled, nothing can be edited anymore. And it's not possible to specify a due date for recurring invoices. PROS: After 18 months and more than $9000, the team at Deskera was UN-ABLE to make their system work for our simple little company. They were not even able to integrate the merchant account application as they promised. CONS: We were charged about $6k for the set up of the system (which took twice as long as promised) and then charged the monthly user fee … when we were not even able to use the system.
