What do you like best about Desk360? As a company, we like the fact that we can see all requests in the same place. It also saves us a lot of time. What do you dislike about Desk360? Nothing really, the product is becoming better and better every day. What problems is Desk360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to make sure all requests are addressed coming from our users on all platforms

What do you like best about Desk360? Desk360 is way more affordable than the other customer support platforms. It does what others do, and not that expensive. To be honest, when I first switched to Desk360, I didn't even think I'd be happy about it, I was skeptical because I have never heard of it before, but they talked me into it and gave me a 6-months free trial, which is great!
