I've been using slides for sometime and it is simply the BEST tool for designers who like to design AND code but don't necessarily have a background in coding. The system is incredibly versatile, easy to use, modify and personalize. The best thing????? They have some fantastic examples that you can take, modify and create wonderfully unique responsive sites with minimal effort. I'm a designer who can navigate around basic code. With that said I find their products are top notch both from a design & UX perspective and from the simplistic implementation of the backend coding. I've used almost all their products in multiple iterations of releases. You can easily create a top notch looking website in a matter of hours, if not a couple of days.
