"Great Product with fantastic customer service"
What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? The system works seamlessly and if there is a problem, getting a resolve is extremely easy What do you dislike about Descartes ShipRush? To be honest nothing, I do not have any issues What problems is Descartes ShipRush solving and how is that benefiting you? Integration of our Shopify site and ups for label printing

"Improvements every year"
What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? I have four different sales avenues, and they can download the sales and then upload the tracking information without me having to do any more than fillout a lable information. "Life is much easier"
What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? The automation of taking orders from quickbooks and putting them into a program for shipping products. What do you dislike about Descartes ShipRush? Every once and a while the servers don't catch a new order. It's very rare though. What problems is Descartes ShipRush solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? Rules for automating parcel shipping is pretty good. What do you dislike about Descartes ShipRush? Integrations have broken several times. No urgency to fix issues. Seems like they don't have the expertise to support the different systems they have connected with. What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? ShipRush integrates with our e-commerce sites hosted by WooCommerce and Shopify. It also integrates with QuickBooks (Manufacturing & Wholesale). This last feature was extremely important to us. Many of of our orders arrive via e-mail, fax & telephone and go straight into QuickBooks, not from e-commerce sites. What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? Does both USPS and FedEx and integrates with our ecommerce shopping cart. What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? Shiprush makes our shipping process so much easier. It flows quickly & we are able to be more efficient. What do you dislike about Descartes ShipRush? We dislike the fact that after a certain amount of time has passed, you cannot view the label. Sometimes that is necessary when dealing with an issue. What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? I enjoy that the program is very user friendly and everything is automated from my Shopify website to Shiprush. So there is no need to enter customer details to print out a label. What do you dislike about Descartes ShipRush? There isn't much negative things to say about Shiprush. What do you like best about Descartes ShipRush? We have been using ShipRush for 10 years and it's excellent! The integration to our e-commerce platform (BigCommerce) along with eBay was simple and goes both directions! What do you dislike about Descartes ShipRush? We really like the product!
