What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Being able to login and dig directly into the information is very convenient for my team. The customer service is excellent when I have a question, responses are extremely fast and the team is helpful when trying to troubleshoot.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? The ability to send email notifications to anyone you want, even your personal email if your away from a work computer/email workstation. The new feature that alsos tracking integrtion with the trucks ELD softwar so that driver's don't have to do anything except their job, Drive! Easy to start a session on any load, easy to update the length of tracking. We use MP on just about every load, even same day short hauls

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? If you work on tracking loads, this is a must have! You can track every driver and freight without calling or emailing the drivers or dispatchers, The GPS is very precise and it tell you when they arrived or departure from some point and it tells you the real time and the real time zone.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? We like to be able to see arrival times and departure times - it makes it easier for us to set up their next freight options. I truly wish this was the only tracking option out there - some of the others are not nearly as user friendly for the dispatchers or drivers.
