"Great service and product"

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Able to get quick and accurate locations of brokered trucks with out having to bother the driver with calls and text messages.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? The most helpful is the listing of locations along with the map view. It allows us to send updates to customers on ETA's for pickup/delivery

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? It's very easy to use and most drivers are well aware of it and can accept tracking easily. What do you dislike about Descartes MacroPoint?

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Macropoint is very helpful to know where my trucks are. It also is helpful to judge the trustworthiness of carriers. Ones that are hesitant to use it (when we're the ones that pay for it) are usually the ones more likely to fall off anyway.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? When i need to give updates to an after hours support team for customers I can easily use the integration within our system to see drivers location pings in whatever intervals I wish.
