What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? It is real time, I know where my truck is and I am able to properly update my clients with accurate locations and ETA's. What do you dislike about Descartes MacroPoint?

"Good for tracking the drivers but wish it could do live tracking."
What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Allows us to track the drivers to make sure that they are where they say they are and allows us to update the customer. Helps us figure out any issues that might be going on with a driver.

"I was lost, but then I was found"
What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? For me, the user friendly application and brand recognition are what I like best. Drivers know it, shippers and receivers know it, and my customers know it. I went away from MacroPoint at one time but changes were made updating the platform that brought me back! It is super easy for drivers and brokers to use together.
