"Amazing for staff organisation"

What do you like best about Deputy? I love how straight forward and organised Deputy is. It has everything sorted out for me and makes doing the rosters super easy! What do you dislike about Deputy? I don't dislike anything that Deputy does What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping me to make sure my staff have a roster and to know that all my staff are at work when they are supposed to be

"Really Great!!!"

What do you like best about Deputy? Deputy is a very easy way to get scheduling out to employees in an efficient matter. Very user friendly and easy to figure out. I also love how you can customize it to however you need it to be. What do you dislike about Deputy? I wish there was the option to post just one shift at a time and not the full week. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? The ease of getting a schedule out in the easiest way.

"Rostering and time management made easy"

What do you like best about Deputy? Being able to roster easily and have staff clock in/out on their phone. What do you dislike about Deputy? Not being able to amended shifts if it's the same day they're published on. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to easily manage employee times whilst working in a busy restaurant

"A far better rostering program"

What do you like best about Deputy? Deputy intergrates with MYOB for payroll and that has saved loads of time. What do you dislike about Deputy? As Deputy has so many features it can take a while to get used to. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? Deputy makes time sheets, rostering and payroll easy.

"This platform works well, fairly easy to use"

What do you like best about Deputy? The ease of use for our shop employees, they can clock in and out very easily What do you dislike about Deputy? I wish it integrated better with our payroll system. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a platform for our shop employees to use since they were unable to use BambooHR for time-tracking purposes.

"Amazing Scheduling!"

What do you like best about Deputy? What I do like the most about Deputy is its easy access for scheduling, requesting time off, and clocking in and out of work! Having the app available on my phone has been a great benefit as well! What do you dislike about Deputy? I sometimes dislike when trying to clock in or out it lags and loses a minute of my clock in and out and sometimes registers that I am late by a minute. Which is very inconvenient. Non existent support when you need it

Regrettably, Deputy has provided the worst customer support I've ever encountered. A simple request was met with an astoundingly complex and outdated process. The support representative offered no direct assistance and simply forwarded our concern to another team. It's as if they were washing their hands off our issue rather than genuinely helping. This experience has been frustrating and has seriously tarnished Deputy's reputation for us. Frankly, it's made us reconsider our choice of ...
