An amazing addition to our hospitality business!
Deputy has been an amazing addition to our newly opened business, helping simplify the hospitality pay process and save so much time! The support is fantastic, very quick responses and great follow up. Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
This system used to be ok & in the last 8 months it has gotten worse & worse. Not giving notifications so staff are turning upto unconfirmed shifts, us not being aware that our staff have not been able to claim shifts through the app wondering why there's hundreds of hours lost in unclaimed shifts up to 10k in a week. No accountability blaming human error on our end for changes when we've been scheduling the same way for years and given the run around with escalating tier 1 tier 2 tier 3 ...
