What do you like best about DemandTools? I have been using DemandTools to manage Salesforce data since 2004. DemandTools is a data-quality power toolset; it de-dupes, finds IDs, mass updates records, and much more, sometimes saving me days of work. I cannot do my job without DemandTools. "Powerful tool with lots of functionality"

What do you like best about DemandTools? Quick and easy to use once you're up to speed. What do you dislike about DemandTools? The UI does take some getting used to. I've found Validity's live sessions and content on each of the modules to be very helpful in getting the most out of DemandTools. There is definitely a learning curve, but I've found it's worth investing the time to learn how to get the most out of DemandTools. What do you like best about DemandTools? That is easy to use, especially when matching records that already exist What do you dislike about DemandTools? That some times it gives me errors when loading large quantities of data, and I have to load in small increments, too time consuming What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Loading large quantities of data into SF from other systems that don't have interfaces with SF and are critical to the business to be in SF.

What do you like best about DemandTools? The duplicate management tool is handy. Additionally, once you understand how to read the log files and restore files, you have many options to undo any data loads very quickly. What do you dislike about DemandTools? The export functionality is a bit clunky at times. I rarely use it because of this and instead opt for exporting via SOQL query in workbench.
