Previously, writing a query and trusting the base dataloader to write complex queries and subsequently make mass updates was cumbersome and time consuimg. DemandTools also has some tools for cleaning up addresses, phone numbers, and capitalizations that are very very handy to get standardized formatting. What do you dislike about DemandTools? What do you like best about DemandTools? It has numerous capabilities. It's super powerful, and when it works perfectly, there is a lot that somebody can do with Demand Tools.
