What do you like best about DemandHub? An instant messenger you can use that is professional and convenient for both the office and clients/patients! What do you dislike about DemandHub? I have nothing negative to say about DemandHub. What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to connect to patients/clients makes it easier and faster to set up follow-up appointments and even same-day pick-ups.

What do you like best about DemandHub? The automation after a service visit or vehicle purchase makes things easy on our end. I have the app installed on my phone and can respond to questions in a quick and professional manner. Our Google reviews have increased dramatically since we have started using DemandHub. What do you like best about DemandHub? The chat function is amazing - you can easily chat informally with customers/clients and they tend to respond quicker than with emails. I like that we can quickly send a request for a review. What do you dislike about DemandHub? I would prefer a 'read' function. There's a delay in email notification after a customer responds. For clients that we have submitted a review before, I would prefer a banner or some obvious signage that shows that so we don't ...

What do you like best about DemandHub? It is easy to navigate through and has many different tools to use. What do you dislike about DemandHub? I have not found a reason to not like it. What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you? I use the message portion of Demand Hub every day to communicate with customers and it is a great way for them to leave us a review
