"Best review software that we have used so far"

What do you like best about DemandHub? Customers' response rate is very high and their reviews are usually high as well. What do you dislike about DemandHub? Nothing so far. I pretty much liked every aspect of it. What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you? We are collecting many more 5 star Google and Fb reviews.

What do you like best about DemandHub? Demand Hub has increased our Google reviews tremendously and the automated setup is a nice feature to have. What do you dislike about DemandHub? I don't dislike anything right now and are in regular communication with our rep. What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you? With the automated system, we have now increased the awareness of the service department for the great customer service we provide.

"Quick and Easy Application"

What do you like best about DemandHub? DemandHub is so easy to use. Our clients love that they can send us a quick message when it's convenient to ask questions, confirm/ move appointment times and get a quick response. Sometimes phone calls can take too much time in a busy day, which is a fantastic option for our front desk staff. I also love that we can send google review invites via this service as well. What do you like best about DemandHub? Alerts me immediately when customer leaves a review. What do you dislike about DemandHub? Not much I dislike, it's fine the way it is. Chat could be more successful What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you? Unhappy customers and their problems, mostly service along with a few leads from chat.

What do you like best about DemandHub? At our accounting firm, I like the texting feature. A lead or client would come in from the website; it switches to a text message for the client. I can respond either via my laptop or phone app. I can text existing clients with a review link. I can text leads for booking details. We got quick responses. Support was really good. What do you like best about DemandHub? I like the convenience of customers able to communicate directly to the dealership and its personal. What do you dislike about DemandHub? I don't particularly like that the notifications on the messages show all read statements as still messages remaining, instead of showing that the notes are read (ex. like an email when you open it up).
