What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? ComputerEase has made it so easy for our companty accurately track our finances and the progress and job costs of our projects. Customer Support is always there when we need it to help solve a problem. I use the program every day and have been able to learn exactly what I need to make my job flow smoothly. What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? Reports the workflow is simple and easy to learn, great support team What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase? None so far, I do think we should be able to fix a General entry mistake easier. What problems is Deltek ComputerEase solving and how is that benefiting you? So far I am satisfied with the way it is now.

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? Quick access to help and support. It's easy to navigate through as well What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase? It does seem a little outdated but with the new update that looks like it will change. Using it everyday is easy, just wish there were ways to select more than one item at a time What problems is Deltek ComputerEase solving and how is that benefiting you? Dark mode which is great

"Fantastic Help Desk"

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? The Help Desk is patient in explaining the process of solving any issue that I am having. What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase? You cannot directly call the help desk. What problems is Deltek ComputerEase solving and how is that benefiting you? We installed the new Field Time Entry application and we having implementation issues.

"Mostly excellent program but a few improvements could be made"

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? The payroll processing by job is neccesary for my work. There are lots of reports and customization options. I love that I can save attachments to vendor/customer/employee files What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase? It does not calculate prevailing wage OT correctly for Missouri. We had to add additional class codes which makes errors more likely and union reporting messy. Missouri is weird in that OT is calculated on fringes as well ...

"User Friendly Construction Based Software"

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? Computer Ease is extremely user friendly and does a wonderful job of linking all the different aspects of the company into one software applciation. Now that we can save attachments, we have been able to eliminate our separate scanning software and have all documents stored in one place. "Very user friendly"

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? I like that Computer Ease meets all of my employer's needs all in one place -- payables, job costing, receivables, payroll, and service. Plus it is easy to use. I've been using Computer Ease for 20+ years. What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase? The thing I like least is there is not a spell check feature. What problems is Deltek ComputerEase solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have any current problems with the software.

"Good software for subcontractors"

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? Payroll processing is fairly easy. Billing AIA invoices each month is fairly simple too. Qtools makes assembly reports easy. The financial, payroll, and job center features are very useful. What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase? I don't believe you can access computer ease on a tablet or phone. "Good Tool to use"

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase? I think the integration from payroll to job costing and accounting is really good. I am a payroll user and the helpdesk has assisted us with getting settings correct for the way our CFO wants reporting and has helped lessen any manual work for accounting.
