What do you like best? Not only is the staff supportive and responsive, they offer a lot for nonprofits that are on a tight budget. We used to use another business, but the cost was too high so we tried Delivra. We have no problems at all. The heat maps are great too! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use. It is easy to clone previous mailings and tweak them to send out again. I also like the database list management - it is easy to use. What do you dislike? I like the lay out as it is very easy to use, even for people who are not as technology savy as me.

I have yet to figure out how to get the photo to always fit in the box without stretching weird.
