What do you like best? Delivra offers a huge choice of professional looking templates to choose from. Their customer service people are always polite and knowledgeable. They are very helpful when setting up a new account, migrating your data, and creating custom templates. What do you dislike? Recent updates have made the process of creating a campaign more time consuming/more work that really shouldn't be necessary. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Delivra I can have an easy access to my contact list in a most meaningful way. I can target prospect contacts and record metrics for my marketing strategies. Its support team is excellent and responsive. They are always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Good functionality, easy for beginner to use

What do you like best? Delivra is loaded with the features we need, but was intuitive enough to use by me (a beginner) right from the start. A few years in I'm feeling more like a pro, but I loved how easy it was to dive right in and be effective. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system is easy to use and very intuitive. You can easily upload contents and make it look more professionally. What do you like best? Delivra makes our newsletters look more modern and attractive and I love being able to analyze the success of each mailing What do you dislike?
