I like the lay out as it is very easy to use, even for people who are not as technology savy as me.

What do you like best? The design is really easy to do for your articles. I like how you can add photos to your articles What do you dislike? I have yet to figure out how to get the photo to always fit in the box without stretching weird. I also do not like that when i have something saved and completed after i send a test, i have to go back through change the name go through each page then send another test then pick the emails again. Excellent Customer Service, and fantastic training library.

What do you like best? Customer service. They are very helpful and make my job easier. They constantly make improvements which make the product even better. Most of the time it is user error, but they are always kind and ready to solve the issues. List segmentation is very easy to use, drip campaigns are easy to navigate as well.
