DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They had our original complaint pulled. We are at 2 months of them losing our full inbound shipment. One of their managers Soumya has been completely unhelpful and has dumped us back to regular customer service who just missed a scheduled call with us. They are completely unprofessional and have the nerve to say we are unprofessional because after 2 months of dealing with their nonsense told them we would really not like to make this a legal matter, which they then told ...

it works, but problems are not uncommon
the main function - packaging and sending orders to your customers - works fine. however, problems of various kinds happen regularly. the support service is always in touch and tries to resolve the issue quickly. however, many technical difficulties are not solved for a very long time.

Amanda and Charlene were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Honestly the best customer service I have ever received. They are truly amazing people and have made our Deliverr experience so far truly amazing.

My experience with Deliverr has been a sigh of relief most of the time, coming from a different 3PL that nickle-and-dimed you for everything. This review is only about one particular support representative, Henry. When you start a chat or send an email, you really never know who your rep will end up being - every time we get Henry, we breathe a sigh of relief. He follows up timely, is very helpful and diligent and he seems to "understand" or "get" what's going on faster. I've been known to ...
