What do you like best about DecisionWise? It's a very handy tool to get honest feedback from everyone What do you dislike about DecisionWise? I don't have anything specific which I don't like. We have everything we want in this tool. What problems is DecisionWise solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to solve problem of getting feedback of the peers not just the manager so we have a 360 view of how the employee is performing.

What do you like best about DecisionWise? What I like is that feedback can be given straight forward, the software interface is clear and neat is fun to use feedback is very well organized and basically fill all the company needs. You can check feedback right away and also see who gave you the feedback which makes this tool somewhat interactive. Best thing is that coworkers can be read and feel that their opinio matters.
