"HELPFUL.."
What do you like best about DearDoc? User friendly...AI Chat is my favorite, allowing patients to ask questions and inquire about our services after hours. Giving us information to follow up and respond without making phone calls. Texting is an easy way of communicating back and initiating appointments with the patient. "Horrible service and disappointing ethics"
What do you like best about DearDoc? The website they built for us was beautiful. The concept is wonderful (if they were dependable). What do you dislike about DearDoc? They did not follow through as agreed upon. Didn't post social media posts on time and posted the wrong posts to our site. Did not update our website and would not give us access to update it ourselves. I cancelled services (several times) and they have a ridiculous protocol to terminate. What do you like best about DearDoc? Decent product that got the job done. I feel like the patient trafick was captured on my website more with DearDoc than without it. SNeaky unethical contracts and renewal process up charging for year two
I am a one year customer on reduced rate for an AI product of marginal value to my company, then got an email 36 days before renewal date, sent in cancellation 6 days before renewal and they billed me almost 5k, saying the contract says if not wihtin 30 days we can bill you whole amount. Remember I oringinally paid about 1K. Try jsut doing good business and earning the business not deceptive sneaky ways. I offered to pay one month and they refused.
